These terms of use apply to the use of this website operated by WOLX Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Woldsenweg 6, 20249 Hamburg, Germany ("we", "us"). Separate terms may apply to the use of the Good2Know app itself, which are accessible within the app under Settings.
2. Website content
This website exists solely to provide information about the Good2Know app, its features, and our partnership with the Grootbos Foundation. We strive for accuracy and currency of the content but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
3. Availability
We aim to keep this website available without interruption but do not guarantee constant availability or freedom from errors.
4. Donation mechanism
Good2Know is financed by sponsorship partners whose contributions flow into a shared funding pool. A fixed portion of incoming sponsorship funds is used for donations (e.g. meals).
The formula shown in the app, "3 quizzes = 1 meal," illustrates the connection between usage and donation impact, but does not represent a guarantee that each individual donation is triggered on a strict 1:1 basis. The actual number of meals funded depends on the funding pool available during the respective period. If user activity exceeds the currently available funding pool, the corresponding values are carried forward to future funding periods rather than discarded.
The amount of future sponsorship funds depends, among other things, on the app's usage activity. Continued active play therefore indirectly supports future donation impact, even if the current funding pool should be exhausted at the moment.

6. Copyright
The content published on this website (text, images, graphics) is subject to German copyright law. Any use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our prior written consent.
